1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SubPulse is a personal subscription-tracking and management tool. It scans linked email accounts to detect recurring subscription charges and presents this information back to you within the app.

 

2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

SubPulse is provided as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of automatically extracted subscription data — always verify amounts, renewal dates, and cancellation deadlines against your actual account with each service provider before taking action based on information shown in the app.

 

3. REMINDERS ARE A CONVENIENCE, NOT A GUARANTEE

SubPulse’s renewal and trial-ending reminders are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee against being charged. You remain solely responsible for cancelling subscriptions directly with the relevant service provider.

 

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

SubPulse may link to third-party websites (such as a subscription provider’s cancellation page). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third- party sites.

 

5. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of any email account credentials (including app passwords) you provide to the app.

 

6. PURCHASES

SubPulse’s Pro upgrade is an optional, one-time purchase processed through Google Play Billing. Purchases are subject to Google Play’s own terms and refund policies.

 

7. NO WARRANTY

SubPulse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubPulse and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed cancellations, unexpected charges, or reliance on inaccurate data.

 

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using SubPulse at any time by uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion.
